1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PHASECVLT website and purchasing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. License

Upon purchase, PHASECVLT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software plugin(s) for personal or commercial music production. You may install the software on up to three (3) computers that you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license with others.

3. Software Verification

Your license may be verified periodically to ensure compliance with these terms. An internet connection is required for initial activation and occasional verification. If verification fails due to a license violation, access to the software may be restricted.

4. Free Trial

PHASECVLT may offer free trial versions of its software. Free trials are limited to 7 days per device. Continued use of the software after the trial period requires a valid purchase.

5. Payment and Refunds

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if you experience a verified technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as described.

6. Intellectual Property

All PHASECVLT products, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, designs, and audio content, are the intellectual property of PHASECVLT and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant ownership of the software - only the right to use it under these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

PHASECVLT provides its products "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHASECVLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our software and delete all copies in your possession.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PHASECVLT operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
